Coda’s attempt to process a charge with the payment provider was unsuccessful due to a general error reported by the provider.

You shouldn't be charged for this transaction. If you were, please contact our customer support team and provide a screenshot of your payment receipt.

The payment provider couldn’t verify one of the details in the transaction request from Coda.

Your bank or card provider has declined the transaction.
Please take note of the following reminder when purchasing at Codashop Norway using your card:

  1. Please make sure that you are not using a VPN during your transaction.
    Only Norway-based cards work at Codashop. The transaction can only be done if you are in Norway.
  2. Please double-check all your card details. Make sure that you carefully input the correct card number, card expiration date, your CVC, and the OTP code you have received.
  3. If you make multiple attempts at any given time, your card will be automatically blocked due to risk protection. Please try again on another day.
  4. Please try eliminating the cookies of your browser first before trying again.

711 Failed card authorization. Please double-check the mobile number registered with the card and enter the OTP within the specified time frame.

This occurs when the payment fails a security check.

Kindly contact Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • The last 4 digits of your card
  • The country of origin for your card
  • The Codashop country where you wish to make the purchase
751 This occurs when there is a system error related to security concerns.
